Since 2012, I have been Stuff about how this training has given me insight into what it means to be a leader and the training program has informed my leadership style a lot, but also stuff about how it’s given me lots of experience leading teams of people significantly older and younger than me with different backgrounds/life experience, focus on communication and giving/receiving feedback, building trust, etc.
